Flex-N-Seal replaces messy tar with a specially formulated acrylic latex reinforced with nylon fiber mesh.

Flex-N-Seal is applied as a liquid that bonds with concrete and steel and dries as a Waterproof membrane around the base of the bin.

Flex-N-Seal reflects sunlight and won't crack. The cured seal moves with the bin – expanding to 300%.

In addition to sealing cracks and bin bases, Flex-N-Seal can be used on take-out tubes, aeration ducts, bin doors and all types of farm structures including Quonsets and Pole Barns.

Easy to apply. Flex-N-Seal flexes, curves and bends with the contour of the bin. Flex-N-Seal can be applied while the bins are empty or full.
